Privacy policy
This page explains what information Brikaya uses, why it is used, and how you control it. It covers the landing site, the game at /play/, downloads, and the public trust pages.

No player account
This version of Brikaya does not require a player account, sign-in, or cloud profile to play. You can open https://brikaya.com/, read the guides, and start a session at /play/ without creating credentials.
Scores, preferences, language choices, consent choices, offline caches, and local game records are stored on your device and browser. Clearing site data for brikaya.com or using restore defaults removes that local profile on the device you clear.
Approximate region and language
Brikaya may suggest language or region settings from browser information or a broad time zone. This is used only to make the game and public pages easier to start in a readable language, not to build a marketing profile for sale.
You can change the language and review region or advertising consent in the game menu. Localized legal pages and editorial guides exist so you can read the same topics outside the canvas.
Ads and consent
If ads are available, they may use consent choices and browser signals required by advertising rules in your region. Personalized ads in EEA, UK, or Switzerland follow the consent message configured for those regulations.
Ads must remain optional for the product experience and must not remove access to play. When advertising is unavailable or disabled, the game continues without waiting for an ad. See the cookies page for how saved browser choices and advertising preferences interact.
Contact and rights
For privacy questions, data deletion help, or rights requests, contact contato@brikaya.com. Include the page, device, and browser context needed to understand the request. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal documents. The data-deletion page explains how to wipe local records yourself.
